Everyone is trying to “get better at prompting.”
But prompting is not the bottleneck.
The bottleneck is:
– no structure
– no defined outcomes
– no system for execution
AI doesn’t fail because it’s weak.
It fails because it’s dropped into messy environments and expected to perform.
The shift is simple:
→ define the workflow
→ define the constraints
→ define the outcome
Then let AI operate inside that.
That’s not prompting.
That’s engineering.
